Eminent Cachet Designs is a construction and design firm based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, offering construction management, renovations and remodeling, architectural planning, project consulting, property development, and related services to clients in Jamaica and the diaspora.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use this Site and request our services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Use of the Site

Any timelines mentioned on the Site, such as response times or proposal turnaround, are goals and estimates, not binding guarantees.
6. Quotes, Estimates, and Proposals
Any quotes, estimates, budget ranges, or proposals we provide, whether on the Site or in response to your inquiry, are for general guidance only. They are not offers capable of acceptance and are not binding until confirmed in a signed written agreement.
Actual pricing depends on the scope of work, site conditions, materials, permits, and other factors assessed during a formal consultation and proposal process.
7. Service Agreements Govern Project Work
The Site is an informational and marketing platform. It does not itself create any obligation for us to perform construction, design, or related services.
Any construction, renovation, architectural, consulting, or other work we carry out for you will be governed by a separate written service agreement or contract signed by both parties. That agreement will set out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms, warranties, and other conditions specific to your project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control for that project.
Statements on the Site describing our approach, standards, or brand commitments are general representations of how we work and do not form part of any contract unless expressly included in a signed service agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, project photographs, designs, renderings, layouts, and branding, is the property of Eminent Cachet Designs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Architectural designs, plans, drawings, and renderings we produce remain our intellectual property unless ownership is expressly transferred to you in a signed service agreement.
9. Testimonials and Portfolio
Testimonials, reviews, and project examples shown on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients and are shared with their permission. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results, as every project is different.
10. User Submissions
When you submit information, project details, documents, or other materials to us through the Site or other channels, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
You grant us permission to use the information you submit for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, preparing proposals, and delivering our services. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eminent Cachet Designs and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
